However, we always dreamt of saving some extra and cutting down other expenses whenever we travel to Dubai, so that we can spend few nights in one of our dream Dubai hotels. We finally made our bookings for Dubai, and what could be a better location for staying and celebrating my birthday. We had the perfect occasion to celebrate. About Atlantis The Palm
Atlantis The Palm, Dubai is a 7 star luxury boutique hotel resort located at the Palm Jumeirah beach front in UAE. The Palm hotel is the crown of the world-famous Palm island in Dubai and is a complete whole new world in itself.
It is surrounded between the calm turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf which holds a spectacular view of the gorgeous Dubai skyline and its surroundings. We loved every bit and corner of this hotel which is so Instagram friendly, and it is one of the best and luxurious hotels we stayed so far. This was once in a lifetime experience for us and we would never regret spending and staying here.
How To Reach Atlantis The Palm
Atlantis The Palm is one of the famous location in Dubai and there won’t be anyone who wouldn’t be knowing about its location. So once you are out of the airport, get into any of the cabs waiting outside and give them the location. In less than half an hour you would enter the beautiful and gigantic hotel ever structured by mankind.
Rooms And Accommodations
You need to make an advanced booking prior few days before your check-in date. The only drawback is that, we had to make the payment in full and there was no return policy on cancellations. So if you don’t make the payment in full it’s likely your booking might get void.
Once we entered the lobby the check-in procedures were pretty fast and professional. We also had to make an additional security deposit of 500 AED which was refunded on the day we checked-out.

In total Atlantis The Palm has 1548 rooms which are divided into categories and prices.

Again these rooms are sub-divided into various categories which are really hard to figure out one from the other. You can check their website to make your bookings as per your requirements.
After the procedures we were glad to know, that our room has been upgraded to the ocean view room, birthday special!! It was definitely a wow moment once we opened and entered our room. Right in front of us was the blue ocean which we could see just lying from our bed. The room was very spacious with a king and a queen bed options. All rooms have free Wi-Fi along with a small coffee corner. But the in-house bar comes with a price.
They also offered the best of toiletries which smelled divine and relaxing. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi which faces the beach once the room partition is opened up. These kind of rooms are absolutely perfect for couples and also for families as well.
Activities And Entertainments
1. Shopping experience: Inside the Atlantis, you would find a shopping hub, as we already mentioned it’s a whole new world in itself. So if you are a shopaholic you can definitely check out some of those exclusive stores available there.
2. Relax on the private beaches and pools: This is completely insane to know that they have a man-made beach which is only accessible to the guests and other visitors coming. No out siders have access to this beach. You can definitely relax and chill there occupying one of the sun loungers or can also take a dip in the amazing infinity pool.
3. Atlantis Aqua Venture Water park:  It is one of the largest water park in the UAE and is also the biggest tourist attraction. You can take part in each and every water rides and activities there of your choice throughout the day (opening hour 10am – closing hour 5pm). So if you are staying in the Atlantis the entry to the water park are included in the bookings. However, if you are a visitor you need to grab your tickets from the entry counter (250 AED per person). You can also experience dolphin encounter at Dolphin Bay( surplus charges 990 AED per person) which would be a great and unique experience to amuse.
Tip: rent a locker if you are carrying some valuables. Also it won’t be a great idea to carry mobile phones/cameras inside the water park unless it is waterproof.
4. The Lost Chambers: It is one of the largest man made aquarium one can ever witness which has more than 65k species of marine animals. It is designed with best light effects which actually takes you for an underwater tour for some moment as you take a stroll in the lost chambers. You can also book a scuba dive inside the aquarium between the sharks, stingrays and fishes which would be a breath taking experience too.
If you are staying in the Atlantis entry to the lost chambers are absolutely free. However, if you are a visitor you have to purchase your tickets from the entry itself (135 AED per person).
Experience The Fine Dining at Atlantis
We would like to start from the buffet breakfast. Honestly we would never ever forget the quality of food served. Literally had the best of all varieties of food possible from around the globe. Right from the bakeries to delicious array of platter we were absolutely impressed with the range.
You can also experience some the best fine dining and extraordinary cuisines here for sure. There are 31 bar lounges & restaurants for every occasions, one can as for. The restaurants available here can be the best aid for you, if you are food lover alike us.
We love Italian cuisine and would recommend you trying out the food in Ronda Locatelli. We loved the food and are sure you would love it too. Also if you prefer international cuisine along with some entertainments Wavehouse Dubai can be perfect for you. Apart you have so many options to explore and pick any of your choice.
