Chicken & Spinach Muffins
Ingredients Used
- Chicken Mince
- Eggs
- Grated Carrot
- Finely Chopped Onions
- Finely Chopped Mushrooms
- Finely Chopped Red Cabbage
- Bunch of Chopped Spinach
- Bread Crumbs
Method
- Mix well all the ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl with black pepper, garlic & ginger powder, salt(as per taste)
How to prepare
- Pre-heat the oven for 20 mins at 200 degree Celsius. (Please note different ovens have different settings so check on with the required temperatures)
- In a muffin mould, pour the mixture with the help of a scooper and bake it for 30-45mins in 200 degree Celsius. Serve hot!!

Ragi & Oats Pancake
Ingredients Used(Dry)
- Ragi Flour
- Oats Flour
- Chia Seed
- Baking Powder
- Salt(pinch)
Ingredients Used(Wet)
- Banana
- Honey
- Milk
- Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
Method
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Next, mash ripe bananas until mushy & beat the eggs
- Add all the wet ingredients to the dry one and mix well
How to prepare
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease some oil
- Pour the batter mixture with the help of scooped spoon in medium round shape and allow it to cook for 2/3 minutes
- Once the edges are released, flip gently to the other side and allow it to be fully cooked
Serve hot with your favourite toppings!!

Chicken Steak with Stuffed Avocado
Ingredients Used
- Chicken Breast
- Avocado
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Chick Peas
- Kidney Beans
- Parsley/Mint
Method
- Marinate the chicken breasts with yogurt, red & black pepper powder, onion & garlic powder, mixed herbs, lemon juice and salt as per taste. Keep it aside for 20 mins
- Finally chop cucumber & tomatoes, grate the carrots and dress it with chopped parsley/mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, honey and olive oil. Mix well
- Add boiled kidney beans and chick peas to the salad and give it a gentle mix
How to prepare
- Wash & cut the avocado into half and scoop it whole from the skin
- Remove the seed and fill the avocado cavity with the prepared salad and keep aside
- Now heat a grill pan and grease it with some olive oil
- Once heated, grill the chicken breast on both sides until brown and fully cooked
