Praslin was our first island where we stayed during our trip to Seychelles. We were mesmerized by the beauty and clicked hundreds of Praslin Photos. Seychelles is an island nation located in Indian Ocean and about 1600km east of Kenya, Africa which received its Independence on 29th June1976. The Seychelles constitution has 115 listed islands, among all Mahe is the largest and is most populated island. This is a home to extinct species like Aldabra tortoise and the very rare Coco de Mer palm. Praslin is one of the most beautiful island we have ever seen from horizon and from sky. It has everything one needs for a perfect vacation from lush green jungles to turquoise water. Praslin as an Island is only 39kms and is very convenient to travel around too. The best ways to get around this Island is to rent a car (costs between 30-45Euro per day). We decided to rent a car and explore this beautiful Island and all its beaches and stopping by wherever we wanted.
We stayed right on Cote D’Or and enjoyed every bit of it.

East Coast : Cote D’Or(Anse Volbert)
South Coast: Anse Consolation
West Coast: Grand Anse, Castello Beach
North West Coast: Anse Georgette, Anse Kerlan
