Spinach and Apple Smoothie
Ingredients Used
- One bunch of Spinach
- One medium sized diced apple
- One whole(squeezed) fresh orange juice
- One small Banana
- A small piece of Ginger
- Handful of Mint
- 150-250 gms of Yoghurt
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- In a blender combine all the ingredients mentioned and blend well. You can also add some water if needed to get the required consistency
- This smoothie will keep you full for at least 4/5 hours and is filled with essential nutrients and vitamins. Also its super easy to make, do give it a try!! It’s ideal for breakfast/lunch.

Oats and Berry Smoothie
Ingredients Used
- One cup Oats
- One Small Bowl of Berries of your choice/availability(I used strawberry/raspberry and dried cranberry)
- One small Banana
- 150/250 gms of Yoghurt
- One cup Milk
Method
- In a blender combine all the ingredients mentioned and blend well. You can also add some more milk if needed to get the required consistency
- This smoothie will keep you full for at least 4/5 hours and is filled with essential nutrients and dietary fibers. Do give it a try and this smoothie can be consumed for any meal alternatives!!

Oats and Choco Smoothie
Ingredients Used
- One cup Oats
- 2 table spoons of Coco Powder
- One table spoon instant Coffee
- One small Banana
- 150/250 gms of Yoghurt
- One cup Milk
- One tea spoon peanut butter
- Handful of fry fruits(I used raisins and dates)
Method
- In a blender combine all the ingredients mentioned and blend well. You can also add some more milk if needed to get the required consistency
- Now this is a yum smoothie and one of my favourite too. Also you can replace this smoothie by any meals if you feel like but is best suited for breakfast and will keep you full till lunch time.
